GetaTempMail is not affiliated with those providers. You do not need to create a GetaTempMail account or supply your personal email address to start an inbox.
How the guides are put together
Our guides explain the behavior implemented in this app: one-hour sessions, source selection, message retrieval, sanitized previews, and deletion or local hiding. Provider profiles link to primary documentation for source-specific details. Comparisons describe differences in access and retention; they do not rank providers by unmeasured delivery speed or promise acceptance by every website.
What source checks can—and cannot—tell you
An address-creation or inbox-retrieval check confirms only that operation at the time and location of the check. It does not prove delivery from every external sender or guarantee future uptime. Mail.gw is paused by default following failed connectivity checks. The New address menu reflects the app’s current source configuration; provider responses and limits can still change.
Built for short tasks
Use a temporary inbox for a low-stakes download or an authorized test with synthetic data. A local session lasts one hour, independently of upstream retention. Some sources expose public inboxes; others use retrieval tokens. Neither the app’s session isolation nor the sanitized reading view makes temporary email suitable for sensitive documents or important account recovery.
